Katarina Roccella‘s new collection, In Blue, is inspired by the traditional blue and white Delftware pottery from the Netherlands. Not only do these fabrics heavilyfeature the blue and white colour scheme (with the odd dash of coral) but they have Dutch inspired designs such as tulips, Dala Horses, windmills and bicycles on them.
The fabrics are split into two colourways, Azuur Sterk, which has prints with bright blues, white and reds, and Azuur Zoet, which has more pastel/subtle colour tones of blue, white and coral. My favourite prints of the whole collection is the fab hexie prints shown below. It would make a great cheater print (and save you hours of EPP time!), you could hand quilt in the spaces between the hexagons.
Five of the prints are also available as knits, include a fab floral prints which would be ideal for a summer dress or top, and the cute bicycles. There is also 1 voile print and one canvas print too.
In Blue will be available in stores later this month, several sites have it available for pre-order now.
